Shipping and returns

Worldwide Standard Delivery (5-10 business days)

Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. Vacare will not be responsible for these expenses.

DELIVERY FAILURE
If after two attempts delivery of your parcel becomes impossible, we will try to find a safe place to leave it, and will also email you to let you know where your parcel is and how to pick it up. If you are not going to be in the place of delivery at the convened time, please contact us to agree on another delivery date.

If 15 days after your parcel is available for delivery the parcel has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you want to cancel the agreement and it will therefore be terminated. Following said termination we will refund you the price paid for such products as soon as possible and in any event within a maximum of 30 days from the date in which we deem the agreement to be terminated. In such case, we will be authorised to charge you the transportation costs arising from the shipping and termination costs.

RETURNS
Vacare is glad to exchange or refund any full price, unused merchandise within 5 days of receipt of your online order. Please inform us about your intention to return your purchase by sending an email to hello@vacarestudio.com

We would appreciate your reason for returning the article, as it would help us improve our service. 

Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you can send it back. Allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.

The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. The cost of the delivery will only be returned in case we deem the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you.

Please note some of the leathers we use are very smooth and therefore more delicate, so scratches might appear. So please keep in mind that used bags with scratches, small damages or stretching of the leather will not be refunded or returned because they are part of a leather product. 

We advise a gentle care of your Vacare bag to make it last long and in beautiful shape. It’s better to use special nourishment creams for each type of leather, with additional waterproofing. The right care with special nourishment cream for leather will preserve both the elasticity and colour of your bag.
